Is your child feeling nervous about starting secondary school? Join us for a special adult and child workshop designed exclusively for Year 6 children and their grown-ups to explore the transition together in a calm, supportive space. This session offers: 🌟 Understanding Change – What happens when one chapter ends and another begins? We’ll talk about the ups and downs of transitions and how to make sense of it all. 😟 Sharing Worries – Big changes often come with big feelings. We’ll open up safe conversations about common fears and questions around the move to secondary school. 💪 Coping Tools for the Journey – Discover grounding techniques, calming strategies, and ways to build confidence together. From breathing and hand massage to positive self-talk, you’ll leave with practical tools you can use at home.
