Is your child feeling pressured to be like others, look like others, or excel in the same areas? This can take a toll on their emotions and self-esteem. If your child often talks negatively about themselves or falls into the 'comparison trap', this workshop is designed for both of you. In this interactive session, you and your child will explore: 🔹 Unique Strengths and Skills: Discover what specific strengths and skills your child possesses. 🔹 What Makes Them Unique: Understand what sets them apart and makes them special. 🔹 Hidden Qualities: Identify the qualities you see in them that they might not recognise in themselves. 🔹 Get creative and make a self-esteem canvas to take home We will also delve into our 'Support Systems', identifying people who help us when we are experiencing difficult thoughts and emotions. Knowing who to talk to and why they are in our support system is crucial when your child feels low, anxious or is facing challenge. This workshop is for one parent/carer and one child. It's a small, intimate group setting where you won't be required to share personal details with others. This time is for you and your child and celebrating everything that’s amazing about them.
