Come along to our free taster session for the upcoming Radiant Minds for Girls group. 🌈 Radiant Minds is a wellbeing group for girls aged 12 - 15, and is a safe and fun space to explore everything from social media and comparison to strengths, skills, body image, and healthy relationships. 🌟 In our relaxed environment, with an informal approach, we ensure that your daughter will leave feeling empowered and confident that she is enough—just as she is. 💖✨ We aim to begin running this group weekly from mid January 2025. This session will be book as you go (£7.50 per week). Our free taster session for Radiant Minds will take place on Tuesday 3rd December 5pm - 6pm.
