Sleep can feel hard for many children. These 30 minute online sessions for children and parents helps you to understand more about sleep, why thoughts can feel especially LOUD at bedtime and how to cope with them. This popular course takes place online nd although children can often feel nervous attending online sessions, hopefully being at home with their safe adult eases this initial discomfort. Cameras will be off to protect all children's privacy but they can ask questions using the Q&A tool bar. We have a focus on Guided Imagery throughout, helping you to build a valuable toolbox of strategies to help aid relaxation and soothe anxiety and worry. We also explore nightmares and dreams. Each session is just half hour and the cost covers all 4 sessions. Online delivery via Zoom and registration is required. We might not be able to 'fix' your child's sleep but we can empower them and help them to understand more about why they might find it difficult and help them to explore new ways to make sleep more comfortable.
