Adult & Child Anger Workshop

Service Description

This Anger workshop explores this big emotion and gives practical ideas on how we can use tools to help us explore and ride it's waves. Anger can often come with a lot of shame so by having a safe adult with them we can create a place for you to talk and learn together creatively, you will not be made to share anything with anyone else in attendance. It is recommended that one child and one parent/carer attend and the cost covers both of your attendance This session is facilitated by a child wellbeing practitioner..
