- 25 British pounds£25
- Friar Gate
A face to face parent seminar delivered by directors of Bridge the Gap, Jennifer and Nikki. With a wealth of experience between them, Nikki and Jennifer join health and education together to offer parents a fresh take on how to support their child's mental health. This session will help you as a parent or carer explore how to support your child with strategies and tips to ease anxiety. What is anxiety? How is anxiety different to worry? How might a child present when they are feeling anxious? How can you as their parent begin to support them? What coping strategies might be worth exploring for your child who is anxious? How to you utilise these coping strategies so that they really work? Opportunity to discuss, ask questions and explore individual circumstances about your own child(ren). Our seminars are informative but informal and always non-judgmental - because we know first hand that parenting is hard work! Saturday 30th April 9.30 - 11.30 for just £25 per ticket.
