In this 1-hour parent-focused webinar with Jennifer, you’ll gain insight into why bedtime is such a challenging time for children’s emotional wellbeing and learn strategies to help them feel calm, safe, and empowered. Key topics include: Why children find thoughts difficult Auditing bedtime routines to identify triggers and challenges. Effective coping techniques and relaxation strategies. Introducing guided imagery as a tool to help children self-soothe. By the end of this webinar, you’ll have points of reflection that help you to creating a bedtime environment that supports emotional regulation and rest.
