In this intimate session one-on-one with a practitioner, children can immerse themselves in sensory play amidst soft, soothing lighting and tranquil sounds. This child-led session offers a variety of sensory activities in a darkened, comforting environment. Each child can explore at their own pace to feel rested, centred, and grounded. Create a mini relaxation kit to take home.
