Team

Dedication. Expertise. Passion.

Our team of multi-disciplinary professionals are not only qualified in their own fields of expertise, but they also receive full training from us at Bridge the Gap. This ensures that our holistic approach and relationship-focused ethos is maintained at all times.

At Bridge the Gap, we are committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all children and adults who participate in our services. We adhere to rigorous safer recruitment practices, including thorough background checks, comprehensive interviews, and ongoing training for all staff and volunteers. By prioritising these measures, we strive to create a trustworthy and protective space where everyone can feel safe, supported, and valued.

Bridge the Gap Ambassadors

A Bridge the Gap Ambassador is someone who believes in our mission and helps us spread hope for children’s mental health in the community. Ambassadors use their voice, networks, and influence to raise awareness of the importance of early emotional support for children and families. This might involve sharing our work, supporting events, opening doors to partnerships, or helping others understand why emotional literacy matters. At its heart, being an ambassador means standing alongside Bridge the Gap to champion a future where no child feels alone with their emotions and every family knows where to turn for support. 🌈
