Baking is a wonderfully therapeutic activity that engages the senses, helping us to feel soothed, grounded, and mindful in the moment. Join Claire for a special festive edition of Cupcakes with Claire, where adults and children (aged 7–11) can bake together, decorate Christmas-themed cupcakes, and explore how baking can support our emotional wellbeing. This is a relaxed, low-intense, and fun session - perfect for slowing down and reconnecting during the busy festive season, as well as introducing children gently to the world of emotional learning and exploration. 🍰 Bring your own container to take your cakes home 📅 Monday 22nd December (scroll through the calendar to find) 🕣 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm 💷 £25 per pair – all ingredients and resources included For questions or bookings, email claire@jwbridgethegap.com
