Service Description

A course on a Thursday afternoon with Freya designed to be accessed by home educated/home schooled children. Suitable for ages 8-13 years. Week 1: What makes you YOU - self-esteem collaging Week 2: Friendships - Crafting your Support System Week 3: Emotions and calming coping tools Week 4: Goals/growth mindset - looking to future goals and steps to get there. Explore and learn in a gentle way at the wonderful Bridge the Gap. Delivered by Freya. Cost is for one child for 4 weeks.
