Express Your Emotions: Inside Out Workshop Join us for a fun, interactive 1-hour workshop where children (aged 5–7) and their adults can explore and express emotions together. Using the characters from Inside Out 2, this session blends creativity and connection to help families build emotional literacy and understanding. 🖌️ What to Expect: An engaging icebreaker game for the two of you featuring your favourite Inside Out characters. A creative activity where you’ll design your own Emotion Jar to take home. Thoughtful discussions and ideas to navigate feelings as a team. 💡 Why Attend?
