Service Description

A £10 webinar to support adult and child together. Ideal for children aged between 7 and 13 years, this is a webinar delivered by Nikki, a qualified mental health nurse with years of experience working with children and young people. We will spend time exploring self esteem, how it links to confidence and outlook on life and some strategies and tools to increase our self esteem. Looking at what skills we have through our hobbies, how we can learn to make more mistakes and have fun doing it. Online only. Ticket price is for both adult and child together.
