Service Description

Sleep can have a huge impact on how children feel, cope and manage day-to-day life. When sleep is difficult, it can affect mood, concentration, anxiety levels and family wellbeing too. Our Soothing Sleep workshop is designed for children and their parent or carer to attend together in a relaxed and supportive online space. We’ll explore why sleep matters for emotional wellbeing, common reasons children can struggle with sleep, and practical ways to create calm and comforting bedtime routines. Together, families will take part in simple activities, learn soothing strategies to support winding down, and build a personalised toolkit to help make bedtime feel calmer and more manageable. This workshop is ideal for families wanting practical ideas, reassurance and gentle support around sleep and wellbeing. ✨ Suitable for children and their parent/carer to join together online.
