📅 Monday 1st September 🕥 10:30am - 11:30am 📍 10/11 St Mary's Gate, Derby, DE1 3JR 🏷️ £15 🌟 Anxiety Workshop for Children & Adults 🌟 Starting school or spending time away from loved ones can feel really tough for children. This workshop is designed to help your child: ✨ Understand their feelings – learning that worry and sadness are normal. ✨ Feel connected – using The Invisible String to explore how love stays with them, even when apart. ✨ Discover simple coping tools – through gentle creative activities they can use anytime. ✨ Build confidence – knowing they are not “wrong” for having big emotions. This would also be a suitable workshop for children struggling with grief and loss. You’ll take part together in a safe, supportive space, guided by professionals who can answer your questions. 👩‍👧 One parent/carer and one child per booking (resources included). 💌 A chance to strengthen your bond while giving your child lifelong tools to manage worry.
