Service Description

Join Freya for a gentle introduction to all things self-esteem, confidence and identity - a workshop for children aged 11-14 years old and an adult. Through supportive conversations and gentle crafts, young people and an adult will explore self-esteem, their strengths and what makes them unique. This session supports young people to: Understand more about confidence and self-esteem Discuss their strengths and talents Explore ways to boost self-esteem Suitable for children aged 11–14 years (depending on developmental stage, please contact us freya@jwbridgethegap.com if you’d like to check suitability). An adult to attend the workshop with the young person as well. Cost: £10–£15 (parents choose what to pay) ⏱️ Duration: 1 hour
