Service Description

Join Freya for a gentle introduction to managing worry and anxiety - a connecting workshop for children aged 11-14 years and an adult. Through craft, creativity and gentle conversations, young people and an adult will explore worry and anxiety, learning the WHY behind the emotion, and exploring a range of coping strategies to take home. This session supports young people to: Understand more about worry and anxiety through gentle emotional education Have an opportunity to connect and share with their adult Develop coping strategies to support when anxiety visits Suitable for children aged 11–14 years (depending on developmental stage, please contact us freya@jwbridgethegap.com if you’d like to check suitability). An adult to attend the workshop with the young person as well. Cost: £10–£15 (parents choose what to pay) ⏱️ Duration: 1 hour
