We are moving premises to help us to build our community offering and support more children and families. From Monday 23rd September 2024 we will be situated on 10/11 St. Mary's Gate, Derby DE1 3JR

This move happened on the 23rd September, with our new address being 10/11 St Mary’s Gate, DE1 3RJ.

Our new premises is twice the size of our previous building, which allows us to continue our expansion and reach more of our community in Derby. Our new space offers us plenty of new opportunities as a service, including expanding our volunteer programme and offering walk in support for children and families who are needing on the day support for their emotional and mental health.

The doorbells are giving us a few teething issues, please call us on 01332 600827 if nobody comes to the door after a couple of minutes. The new building is much bigger than our old one so please give us time to get to the door and let you in, please try not to arrive any earlier than 10 minutes before your session time. Thank you.

What are the new rooms like? Can I see them before my first session in the new building?

At Bridge the Gap we want to create a safe, inviting and comfortable environment for all our young people and their adults. Our rooms will be decorated and arranged with this at the centre. The rooms will be set up in a similar way to our current therapeutic rooms, with photos to follow on our social media and in this months upcoming newsletter. Please don’t hesitate to contact your practitioner or our admin staff ahead of your first session in the new building and they will be happy to send over some photos to help manage expectations and this transition.
